Pre-Buy Gift Credits


How do Pre-Buy Gift Credits work?
Buy a pack now, redeem later. 1 code = 1 gift up to your credit value (Promo ≤$25, Standard ≤$60, Plus ≤$75, Premium ≤$100). If your gift costs more, you only pay the difference at checkout.


How long are credits valid?

12 months from purchase (30-day grace). We’ll include your remaining balance in your code emails; ask us anytime for an update.


Can I share credits with my team?

Yes—credits can be shared within the same office/team. Add authorized users at checkout or email us to update.


How do I redeem a credit?

Add an eligible gift to cart → personalize → enter your one-time code at checkout. The code applies up to your credit value.


Can I use more than one code on a single order?

One code per gift. If buying multiple gifts, place separate orders or contact us and we’ll help split your codes correctly.


What if I lose a code?

Email us—we can reissue any unused code to the account holder.


Pricing, Taxes & Discounts

How is sales tax handled?

Calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Tax-exempt? Email your certificate before ordering.


Can I stack a discount with a credit code?

No—one promotion per gift. Your credit already includes your volume discount.

Returns & Issues

Can I return a personalized item?

Once approved and produced, personalized items are final. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos—we’ll make it right.


What if my gift arrives after the closing?

Email us. We’ll help with rush options, address changes, or a quick alternate solution.

Personalization & Proofs

What can I personalize?

Client name, address/date, and your logo can be added to any product. Some gifts allow short messages (see product page).


What file type do you need for logos?

Vector SVG/AI/PDF preferred; high-res PNG/JPG (≥300 dpi) also works. We’ll place it tastefully—never tacky, and we'll provide a proof for your approval before we begin the personalization.  Please keep in mind that if time is of the essence, it's important for you to respond quickly to the proof email with either your acceptance or additional changes


Do I get a proof?

Yes. We email a digital proof within ~24 hours (Mon–Fri). Approve to start production. One round of minor edits is included.


Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

After proof approval: typically 3–5 business days. Need it sooner? Choose Rush or email us.


Where do you ship from?

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Transit times show at checkout.


Can you ship directly to my client?

Absolutely. We can include your note card and ship from you (white-label) on request.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently U.S. only. Contact us for exceptions.

Will you keep my logo on file?

Yes, securely—for faster reorders and consistent placement.
